1General Terms

Hee5 (operated by bungled.com) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform. By using this website or app, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to abide by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bees5 and the user. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to the hee5.bet website, mobile app, and all associated services. hee5 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account with hee5. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. hee5 may request proof of age verification documents at any time.

One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

• Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• Using a false name or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Accounts cannot be transferred to a third party.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to hee5 immediately.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed prior to large withdrawals or upon request by hee5. You will need to submit a photo of your National ID, passport, or driving licence, along with a selfie.

3Deposits & Payments

Hee5 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Maximum single deposit: determined by your account tier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• If there is any delay, please contact support with your payment reference.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from hee5, users must submit a request through their registered payment method.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Standard processing time: 5 minutes up to a maximum of 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Hee5 may temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification if required.

Withdrawal Cancellation

Users may cancel a withdrawal request at any time before it is processed. Once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

5Betting Rules

By placing a bet on hee5, the user is considered to be fully aware and acting of their own free will. Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled based on the official match result.
• Hee5 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds.
• In a parlay bet involving multiple events, if one event is cancelled, that leg will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, bets will be settled according to the odds at the time of disconnection.
• Bets affected by technical issues will be voided and stakes refunded.

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win per single bet is determined by your account level and the market in question. Any winnings exceeding the set limit may be subject to deduction.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

All hee5 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount.
• The stake is deducted from free bet winnings.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must generally be at odds of 1.5 or higher.
• Bonus validity periods are typically 7–30 days. Please check the offer details to confirm.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts will result in those bonuses being voided.
• Hee5 reserves the right to modify or cancel its bonus program at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hee5. Any violation detected will result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting or deliberately abusing the bonus system.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or household.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.

8Responsible Gaming

Hee5 is committed to responsible gaming. We want betting to be a source of entertainment — not a cause of harm.

• Each member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Activating self-exclusion will lock your account for a specified period or permanently.
• Promotional messages will be paused for the duration of your self-exclusion.
• Parents and guardians are advised to use device locks to protect minors.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Hee5 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
